On 10-12 May 2023, the Directorate of Research and Development of the National ZIS-DSKL (DKPN) of BAZNAS RI held a Consignment for the Preparation of Planning Guidelines and Finalization of the IZN 3.0 Concept. The first day of the consignment consisted of preparing planning guidelines and remapping the BAZNAS strategic plan which refers to policies and collaboration on the national development planning system. The agenda was attended by Prof. (HC)Dr. Zainulbahar Noor, S.E., M.Ec. as Head of Planning, Study and Development, Dr. Ahmad Hambali as Planning Director, and M. Hasbi Zaenal, Ph.D as Director of ZIS-DSKL Study and Development, also the DKPN team.

On the second day, the agenda was filled by the Consignment Finalization of the Concept of the National Zakat Index (IZN) 3.0. This agenda was attended by H. Muhibuddin, S.Fil.I., M.E as the Head of Sub-Directorate for Accreditation and Audit of Zakat Institutions, Directorate of Zakat and Waqf Empowerment, Directorate General of Islamic Community Guidance, Ministry of Religion of the Republic of Indonesia who delivered material on the National Standards for Zakat Management. Also invited Mr. Rinardi, S.E., M.Sc. as the Main Secretary of BP2MI who presented material regarding Opportunities for Consolidating and Optimizing Zakat Collection Abroad. This agenda also invited Dr. Irfan Syauqi Beik to deliver material on the Development of Zakat Management Performance Measurement Instruments. The agenda was held hybrid.
