Puskas BAZNAS conducted assessment on the impact of Water and Sanitation Program in Pasanggrahan Village, Purwakarta, West Java

On Thursday (23/05), BAZNAS Center of Strategic Studies together with Monitoring and Evaluation Division of BAZNAS conducted impact assessment on the impact of clean water and sanitation program that was completed in 2014 in Pasanggrahan Village, Purwakarta, West Java.
Previously, the community of Pasanggrahan Village had suffered from water shortage due to its geographical characteristic that is located in a mountainous area. In order to overcome this problem, BAZNAS in collaboration with Nurani Dunia Foundation establish a program to establish water and sanitation infrastructures. In this program, BAZNAS had been funding the project approximately IDR 1.1 Billion for the purpose of building water pipeline for 335 families or 286 houses.
