Had Kifayah: Measuring the Minimum Standards Fulfillment of Zakat Disbursement
The discussion of Had Kifayah has basically been done by scholars and experts in various literatures. However, until now, Indonesia has never had a clear and objective value of Had Kifayah. In a public discussion in Jakarta on Wednesday (23/5), Director of the BAZNAS Center of Strategic Studies (Puskas BAZNAS), Irfan Syauqi Beik said that the study of Had Kifayah done by Puskas BAZNAS can be used as a reference in the distribution of zakat in Indonesia.
