Jakarta – PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. in collaboration with Financial Service Authority (OJK) and The National Board of Zakat (BAZNAS) launched zakat payment system through Laku Pandai agent.

BNI ensure through this program, people can pay zakat through agents of Laku Pandai or Agent 46 in several regions across Indonesia. So far there have been 55,000 Agent 46 who are ready to receive the payments of people in several remote areas.

The launching of zakat payment through Laku Pandai agents was held on June 14, 2017. Director of BNI Achmad Baiquni attended the event accompanying the President Joko Widodo. “The zakat payment service through Agent 46 is aimed to ease people,” said Achmad in the press release on Wednesday (14/06).
