Coordinating Ministry for Human Development and Cultural Affairs (Kemenko PMK) encouraging the establishment of Zakat Services Unit (UPZ) BAZNAS in all Ministries/State Agencies in mid of 2017.

Assistant Deputy of Empowerment and Religious Harmony Kemenko PMK, Aris Darmansyah, Wednesday (22/2) leading the coordination meeting to forming UPZ that was attended by BAZNAS representatives; Ministry of Village, Development of Disadvantaged Regions, and Transmigration (Kemendes PDTT); Ministry of Home Affairs (Kemendagri), Ministry of Social Affairs (kemensos), Ministry of Religious Affairs (kemenag), Ministry of Education and Culture (Kemendikbud), Ministry of Youth and Sports (Kemenpora), Ministry of Research Technology and Higher Education (Kemristekdikti), as well as representatives from the other state institutions.
